Sub:  Issue of certificates – Reg.

            As decided in the Institute Council Meeting held on 13^th July 2004, the students who are completing Internship from December 2004 onwards the following certificates will be issued free of cost on the completion of their course.

1.      Internship Completion Certificate.

2.      Course and Conduct Certificate.

3.      Attempt Certificate.

4.      Hours Certificate.

5.      Medical School Transcript Certificate.

6.      Clinical Clerkship Certificate.

If any student requires any of the above certificate, after completing the course and after issuing one set at free of cost, Rs.100/- will be charged for each certificate and a Search Fee of Rs.50/- per certificate for each calendar year.  Alumni residing abroad will also be charged at the same rate as above and they have to make their own arrangement for getting back the certificates fast either by sending a pre-paid courier cover which is accepted at Pondicherry or through JIPMER Alumni Association.  Otherwise the certificates will be sent only by ordinary mail.

            This will be effective from 1^st September 2004.
