Dear Colleagues and Friends,

After the successful HYPOSPADIAS OPERATIVE WORKSHOP which was held at Pondicherry in September 2006., all of us must have improved our approach to Hypospadias surgery. Now the time has come for introspection into the different techniques and I feel that we should gather again to share our experiences during the last two years and analyze the different techniques, the complications and what could have been done to avert them.

Once again I take this opportunity to welcome you to the city of Pondicherry for the SECOND WORKSHOP ON HYPOSPADIAS from 22^nd – 24^th August 2008. This is being organized on the popular demand of the colleagues. One unique feature of this workshop will be Operative Video presentation on various techniques of hypospadias urethroplasty by the faculty besides one day of live operative workshop.

I am proud to remind you that our previous operative workshop on HYPOSPADIAS was highly appreciated by all. We received a positive feed back from all the participants. These events were so successful that the workshop CDs were purchased by many hypospadias surgeons. We hope to give you a similar academic feast this time as well..
