3. Highlights of patient care provided :
§ Started Pediatric & Neonatal intensive care units separately.
§ Pediatric cardiology follow clinic on Thursday afternoon. Child guidance clinic once a week. Nephrology, respiratory including tuberculin neurology on Fridays. Hemophilia clinic once a month.
§ Daily echocardiographic evaluation.
§ Lectures Critical care nursing and First Aid, Lectures for Paramedical workers lectures as and when requested.
National programmes:
¨ AFB surveillance programme – diarrhoea and respiratory disease control programme.
¨ Breast feeding and human lactation management.
¨ National Immunisation Programme.
