Accommodation :

Booking for accommodation is closed. The delegates who have not asked for accommodation so far are requested to make their own arrangements.

Those who have NOT requested accommodation may do so before 15th May 2008. Late booking is not possible since hotel rooms are booked well in advance by the tourists flooding the town during weekends. The delegates are advised to arrange accommodation either on their own or through the organisers well in advance. We may not be in a position to help you, if you do not have a place to stay when you arrive at Pondicherry.

Abstracts :

Last date for receiving abstracts is extended till 25-May-2008.

Oral & Poster session :

The list of papers accepted for presentation is displayed (see above). The presenting authors have been informed by email.

Workshop :

The registration for Pre-Conference Workshops (both A & B) is closed. No vacancies please.

Symposium :

WHO sponsored symposium on "Drug Information Services and Pharmacovigilance" will be held on July 13 from 1:30 to 4:30 PM. The valedictory function is scheduled at 5:00 PM. The delegates are requested to take note of the timings of these events and reserve their return tickets accordingly.
