Pondicherry-605 006, invites online Tenders for supply of Consumable and Non-
Consumables Items from the Indian Manufacturer /Importers, who are having import
Licence/Dealing with the supply of the Consumable / Non Consumable items
required for the following Departments of JIPMER Hospital for the period from
May, 2010 to April,2011.

Interested vendors may register in the eTender portal and obtain the USER ID and
Password after payment of requisite fees to KEONICS, Race Course Road, Bangalore
– 560 001. The Registration Charges– Rs.1,105/- is to be paid by DD in favour of
K.S.E.D.C Ltd, payable at Bangalore.
Participation in Tender is construed that Tender Conditions are acceptable to
the suppliers.
Demand Drafts :-
The tender forms will be electronically issued to vendors
only on receipt of following DD’s and documents by Officer-in-Charge, Purchase
Section, JIPMER, Pondicherry –
605 006 :-
i) Non Refundable Tender Fee - Rs.104/- separately for each department in favour
of Accounts Officer, JIPMER Payable at Pondicherry.
ii) EMD - Rs. 1000/- separately for each department in favour of Accounts Officer, JIPMER Payable at Pondicherry . Parties registered as supplier with
JIPMER are exempted from payment of EMD.
iii) Write Company’s Name and concerned Department name behind each DD.
The Following Documents are required to be submitted alongwith DDs.
1. Form “A” duly filled and signed (Copy available on website).
2. Copy of Sale Tax Registration and Pan
3. The firms who have enrolled their rates with DGS & D rate contract may please
send a copy to this office.
CASH/CHEQUE/POSTAL ORDERS/TELEGRAPHIC MONEY ORDER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and the
tender cost should not be included with EMD, DD The DDs should be submitted to
Purchase Section JIPMER on or before 24/05/2010 up to 1 p.m.
Tender should be submitted online in prescribed form. Last date of submission of
tender in E- Tender is 26/05/2010 upto 12.00 p.m. The E-Tenders will be opened
on 26/05/2010 at 2.30 p.m.. In case 26/05/2010 happens to be a holiday for
unexpected reasons, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
